Another, is this aptasia, feather duster or ...?

Hey y'all, just grabbed this guy a few days ago, and today when lights were on full blast I saw this little guy at the bottom of the frag plug. Is this aptasia? Or something harmless? It does not go back into it's tube when touched. Thanks tons
