Im always nervous shipping and recieved live stock, I rush it inside and get aclimating, very scary when spending big bucks, which is al the time

This one was thanks to rough handling causing a small pin hole leak through 3 bags, just enough to soak the heat pack. Delicate deepwater didn't appreciate the 50 degree water.

wow such a shame. sorry to hear. I'm guessing the shipper didnt wrap the colony with a plastic sheet?

Not sure on the type.... almost positive it's not an echinata though. It was wrapped, but must have found it's way through at some point..... the box was pretty hammered.

I always love seeing the guy strolling up to my house with the up arrows pointing down and tossing it from one hand to the other even though box says fragile live fish.. fragile perishable... everyone of em has done it UPS, FEDEX, and whats that other one going out of buisness oh yea USPS.

Sorry to see this, I hate when this happens to me.

Each company has mailmen/women guilty of it. You would think they would be fine with delivering packages properly since it is there job..

Oh man.... I would love to throw the delivery guy that messed up my package. As far as the type of acro... i was thinking it was a jacquelineae... any ideas? Definitely a tabling plate-like growth structure.

how do you not say something to the fed ex guy with the 400 boxes i mean what if i shipped my kid home to his momma that way....i woulda been screeming and on the phone with fed ex...

Sorry bout the loses man. that was a freaking sweet piece....even the skeleton is sweet looking. Hopefully youll find another one like it (and then ill find one the next day)
