Hi all, so, my current stocking list is…. Bicolour angel, 2 clowns, Sixline wrasse, Royal gramma, firefish, regal damsel, fire shrimp, 2 cleaner shrimps, 7 Halloween hermits, turbo snails and 3 orange tipped Bubbletip anemones. I’m hoping to start keeping some softies soon too along with the Zoas I already have. My question is, what fish do I go for next? The current inhabitants are all beautiful and I love all of them but there is defo some colour missing. Any suggestions? Tank is 350lts with loads of filtration and flow.

I'd recommend a yellow tang, tomini tang or kole tang, depending on your color preference. Just be prepared to capture your angel and keep it in an isolation box for a bit as angels tend to be not so nice to newcomers in smaller tanks. I also have a 350 liter, had that issue with my coral beauty going after my yellow tang upon addition.

Some other options...

Mandarin Dragonette, either green or target depending on your color pref
Diamond goby
midas blenny
starry blenny

My sixline absolutely and completely runs the tank, the angel hides whenever he gets irate , I get your point though, I will get something ready to act as an isolation box.

I’ve read that fox faces will munch on my zoas and any lps I put in there? Is that not true? I’d love a flame hawkish but I also want to keep my cleaner/fireshrimp :), I’ve also heard that Midas blennies don’t get on with firefish? Also won’t another dwarf angel fight with my bicolour? Any help appreciated

I’ve heard a few people having issues with fox faces and zoas, but I’ve never had a problem. Just keep it well fed and give it a good diet and it should be fine.

Midas Benny don’t get along with fire fish in small tanks. In a tank this size it should be fine.

In a tank this size two dwarfs would probably get along.

With shrimp, that excludes Hawkfish, or vice-versa.
There is currently a poster that is introducing a yellow with an Angelfish, and for him, not going well.
