Antibiotics with TTM?

I am looking to do these same meds (Prazi pro, kanaplex, metroplex, and furan-2, but in the TTM for Ich and velvet.

Day 1 - fish in tank
Day 2 - 1st transfer at 36 hours
Day 4 - 2nd transfer at 36 hours
Day 5 - 3rd transfer at 36 hours
Day 7 - 4th transfer at 36 hours
Day 10 - 5th transfer at 71 hours
Day 13 - 6th transfer at 71 hours

Because of the 36 hour changes should I still dose the Abx at the 24/48 hour marks even though they will only be in the water for 12 hours during some days then? What do you think about this schedule if I start tomorrow.

Day 0 (Friday 2/26/21): Add to QT #1 8pm. Dose Prazi Pro, Kanaplex, Furan-2, Metroplex 8pm.
Day 1 (Saturday 2/27/21): Remain in QT #1. Dose Furan-2 8pm.
Day 2 (Sunday 2/28/21): 1st Transfer to QT #2 at 8am. Dose K/F/M at 8pm.
Day 3 (Thursday 3/1/21): 2nd Transfer to QT #1 at 8pm. Dose Furan-2 at 8pm.
Day 4 (Friday 3/2/21): Remain in QT #1. Dose K/F/M 8pm.
Day 5 (Saturday 3/3/21): 3rd transfer to QT #2 at 8am. Furan 2 and Prazi Pro at 8pm.
Day 6 (Sunday 3/4/21): 4th transfer to QT #1 at 8pm. K/F/M at 8pm.
Day 7 (Monday 3/5/21): Remain in QT #1. Dose Furan-2 at 8pm
Day 8 (Tuesday 3/6/21): Remain in QT #1. Dose K/F/M 8pm.
Day 9 (Wednesday 3/7/21): 5th Transfer to QT #2 BEFORE 7:00pm. Dose Furan-2 8pm.
Day 10 (Thursday 3/8/21): Remain in QT #2. Dose K/F/M at 8pm.
Day 11 (Friday 3/9/21): Remain in QT #2. Dose Furan-2 8pm.
Day 12 (Saturday 3/10/21): 6th Transfer to QT #1 BEFORE 6:00pm
