Any HOB reef tanks? Exist?

40 gallon tank with Tidal 110 HOB for mechanical filtration,,, no skimmer.
Tank is a little over 2 years old but been taking it slow/easy with corals so far.

A lot definitely do but I think more people have a sump or AIO

Completely forgot about the existence of AIO's for a second there, ha!
