I’m hoping on here can help. A friend of mine shared her schedule with me, it looks like it’s not translating well.

Looks like the timing shifted. You probably need to add a new point that brings all channels to zero

do you have the same lights?, if you have 32's or 64's where she has the older models, this is why that is happening

That explains it all. She has 26HD while I have the 32HD. I was able to adjust per @DWPhilli recommendation.
