I have been feeding my fish a variety of food. However, recently I have been seeing fish food vitamins like vita chem, selcon, and polyp lab medic. Is this something I should use to promote good health? Anyone have advice? Thanks in advance.

I like to give vitamins as an extra protection, in case my fish need to fight an infection or disease.

It might not be an absolute necessity, but why not, it’s not expensive.

I use Selcon to make sure my predators don't become B-12 deficient and get neurological issues..

If you're vodka dosing don't forget Vitamin B1 :-)

Seriously though, I do add some fish oil and vitamins to the frozen food, and found it seemed to make the fish more colorful. But, maybe it was the vodka :-)

Any specific fish oils and vitamins?
