I’m setting up a tank for my wife in our bedtoom to house her her Valentini puffer. Our main tank is on the other side of the house and on the main floor.

is there anyway to have my GHL monitor and control both?

Shouldn't be a problem. Just need a long pab cable to connect to an expansion box. Then you need to outfit the box with sensor connectors.

As was said run a pab cable to an expansion box2. And remember 100m = 328’. That should get you anywhere in An average home lol. Standard cat5e or cat6 cable works for pab. I make my own out of cat6. There is no wireless way unfortunately.
