I do not think it will dissolve well into a dosing solution, nor in the aquarium. Calcium phosphate is too insoluble.
Sorry, I'd typed SODIUM phosphate into my search and didn't realize that was Calcium. Is this more what I'm looking for? It seems from what you've said it doesn't matter if it's mono, bi, or trivalent? 8582FE9A-C0F0-47BF-9F62-60C58B8C2273.jpeg

Will it come with instructions to mix to a certain concentration? Will I then need to figure out how much of that would be needed for each 0.01 ppm increase in my 150gal system?

No, it will not come with any directions, but once you pick one, we are happen to run some calculations.

As a general guide, which it typically more than adequate due to the fact that you will never get exactly what you dose to remain in the water due to bindimg to rock and sand, use this calculator and the entry for phosphate by potassium phosphate. You will need to do a lot of trial and error dosing to figure out an optimal dose. I'd start at 0.03 ppm per day for a bit.

Looking back to your reefing roots: Did you start with Instant Ocean salt?
