Which makes me wonder, what have other people used them for?

Now that is some serious DIY, and looks like it was made for dosing lines. Great job! ;Woot

Love the idea... and it beats stepping on them, loosing your balance and slamming into a 40 gal breeder who’s seals were so old it didn’t take much make it go and spending the next hour with your other 2 siblings trying to save flopping fish off the carpet and simultaneously discussing if the parental units would believe if we blamed it on the cat! Lol

I think they look way cooler in a tank myself ;)

I have also found legos work great when you don’t want to glue (or in my case wait for glue to dry) plastics.

I find i can drill a hole and then use the lego technic pins to hold things together.

For those wondering about the dosing lines, the LFS started carrying them thinking they would make good dosing lines, amd so far i have to agree. I have them connected to the apex dos, and i havn’t had air bubble issues yet.

Here is a link to the company
https://www.cobaltaquatics.com/products/silicone-airline-4mm

And they are called cobalt aquatics pre ium airlines.

The grow lights in the sump. Make them really stand out. And yes, I am dosing Kryptonite.

Sometimes I hate the lack of options in the UK market.... It was the same story trying to get red pipes
