Thanks. I made one small box with a single dovetail at each joint for practice and then went at it. I just took my time and followed the techniques from Paul Sellers - a British woodworker who has a phenomenal series of how to videos.

Thanks. After I retired I took a few woodworking courses at the local Community College. They were a lot of fun and I learned a lot, but the courses were focused on power tools. Then I discovered Paul Sellers and went on a voyage of learning about working with hand tools.

Keep it up and you'll be teaching at the college...lol. But yes, if you're going to learn from someone special, Mr. Sellers is a good choice.

Although not sharing a project, and I don't typically offer product advice, I thought I'd share this in case anyone is looking for a table saw miter guage.

Mine was shot so I ordered one of these. This thing is awesome and dead accurate once you dial it in. It's a Miter1000 by Incra. Just thought I'd share with my fishing loving, wood working friends. :p

Nice. A new table saw is on my list since my old contractor grade table saw cannot cut at true 90. It's about 87 no matter what adjustments I do. And it only allows 18" cuts so it's time. Still debating a cheaper $700 saw or save more for a better cabinet table saw.

First coat of finish after what felt like ENDLESS fills! It looks so 3D I love it. Super glad I didn’t use kitchy blue epoxy.

Thanks! It was a little problematic to achieve this finish because when I sanded away the epoxy excess, it would reveal more holes. So was like 8-10 fills, using a syringe. Eucalyptus burl
