Thanks, I've had this one for about 6 years. I just like being able to stand so I can sight fish and it's nice to be able to stretch your legs sometimes.
I plan on getting the Revo for the ocean and the larger lakes we have. Ive been out in the middle of the lake in a storm before. Not exactly what you would call fun in a wide and short kayak, ha.
I’ve had my Revo since 2009, still going strong. Wide kayaks are pretty sketchy when your out front. The Revo is 29” wide and handles very well when it gets snotty out. The next kayak I get will be a fiberglass boat from South Africa... a Kaskazi Dorado II. At only 24” wide with a very low center of gravity, it handles like a dream in the surf and you can cover some serious distance with it.
