Mr Hughes, Been feeling the same myself Didn't have the energy to go thru 3 pages. You say You're from So cal ? I have family & spent some years in San diego. Very nice city. I lost my Father 2 nights ago, today I had to put down my beloved dog . Feelin seriously bummed out. Sorry to dump that but hey, needed to get it out.

that time for a half (or 5k) is amazing! I wish I could do that. Maybe I should make it my goal this year.....

When I was in high school I ran a 5k in 15:58 for cross country. The last 5k I did in college, after a night of drinking and living up to a promise, was 29 and change. Now I would be looking at around 40-50 minutes I am sure.

You can do anything you out your mind to with a little effort. I have certainly been living by that. That's amazing still. Even 40-50 minutes is better than zero.
