My dad was gifted a ton of venison a couple months ago. That stuff is hard to cook right without it turning to shoe leather but oh my goodness it is wonderful in a stew.

They are baby back ribs that we smoked ourselves. I think it's the best we've made yet. I'm not into animal fat, but it was like the fat melted into a heavenly butter.....

Happy early spring everyone and let the pollen madness begin. Washed the car Saturday and by the time I got it home, looked worse than when I went. Super yellow streaks everywhere.

Ugh the pollen! There are yellow dust clouds everywhere. Thankfully the truck I drive is already an ugly beige so it doesn't make much of a difference lol.

Here's the setup for my snakes, still working on making it look pretty lol.

I built the setup myself and it's currently in night mode so I can't get any good pics but I have 3 crested's(flame, Dalmatian, and harlequin) and the babies keep hatching, I have 2 flying geckos, 1 panther gecko, I Chinese cave gecko, 1 tokay and a couple anoles. All living plants too.Been trying to sell the whole setup actually and put the money to my reef upgrade lol. Cool setup but snakes creep me out haha
