So this little guy popped up all around my tank anyone know what it is and if it it harmful or something

Every time I try to grab it it shrinks and I can’t get it and we’re did it come from?? I don’t even know it wasn’t there last week and I have done anything but a water change

Aptasia. Some can be nice, but it is a pest and will overrun your tank if you don't keep after it.

So unless you are committed to your husbandry, I'd pull it.

It is unwanted, a pest. It will irritate other corals and can multiply very quickly. You want to get rid of them.

Searching here will lead to all kinds of advice.

Aiptasia .. get some Aiptasia killer or livestock that eats it ..

Pull the rock and scrub it off. Rinse in old tank water.
