Hello everyone,
about a week ago I started a copper treatment with the copper safe, and I slowly ramped up to 2.30ppm. The fish that had ich no longer have white spots. However I noticed some dark spots on their skin. I am concerned if it is different parasite or just scars left to by the ich that fell off. I would appreciate some input here. Thanks.

Those spots could be small areas of infection left from the insertion "burrows" of Ich. Nasty little things actually burrow under the skins to feed upon your fish. Do you have a wide spectrum antibiotic like Kanaplex. Can treat the fish while in copper.

Thanks Big G!
I have Furan-2, MetroPlex, Kanaplex and Prazipro.
Which ones are safe to use with Copper Power?
All started after added Hipo blue tang. Nothing showed during the 3 weeks of observation in the QT. Then in the DT, the chaos set place.
Lost one little clown last night, and wondering if anyone would be able to tell me if the holes on the skin is normal?
Is white stuff in his gills flukes or just mucus?
Thanks!

Thanks Big G!
If fluke is confirmed, should I interrupt the ICH/Velvet treatment to deal with Flukes using Prazipro, or finish the copper treatment for another week then deal with Flukes?

Complete the copper treatment. You can dose API general cure in combination with copper, just highly aerate the surface.
First dose of GC directly into water column wait 5-7 days and conduct 25% water change then repeat dose.

Super!
Going to my lfs to get some now.
So, just to clarify. Should I or should I not follow the GC instructions to repeat the dose 48 hours after the first dose?
Thanks!

Don't follow. Repeat doses 5-7 days apart with 25 % water change between.

Thanks again!
Is that because I am using copper or 48 hrs API instructions are no good to follow at any situation?
Sorry for the dumb question.

5-7 days apart is effective against the true lifecycle of flukes. The manufacturer makes dosing recommendations to cover a wider scope of disease, not necessarily just centered around flukes.

She is doing fine so far, thanks!
However today, I saw her with a white ball on right fin.
Is it a darn stubborn ICH?!?
Copper Power Treatment @ 2.3 ppm.
I read that most people treat for 14 days, however I am planning on extending the treatment for at least 21 days.

Sorry for not so sharp pics, she never stops swimming.

thats definitely not ich kinda looks like lympho to me

After further examination I have to agree with you.
I just did a good water change to my QT, and maybe use Vitachem to help to battle against these viruses.
Any other surgestions?
