Anyone made a 3d printed needle

I am wanting to make a needle wheel for my pump and valute . I found a guy online that’s makes them but since he sells them he won’t share the STL .

Whats he 3d print them with? FDM? I would think the torsion on the needles would shear them off. If it is SLA, I could see it working. Could you post a pic of his?

I know he printed it with white ABS and they hold up really good

I designed one a while back for a DC pump that didn't have a needle wheel available at the time.
I can't remember exactly what type of plastic it was because a friend printed it, but I do know that it is waterproof and non toxic.

If I can find the STL you are welcome to have it but it probably isn't going to fit another type of pump.

That looks cool what software did you use for it . Let me know if you find the STL

I use Rhinoceros 3D. I can't find the STL... probably long gone on an old hard drive somewhere. Also it was printed in ABS.
If you let me know what you need I could probably quickly make an STL up for you if its not too complicated.
