Anyone on here build tanks

Looking for a custom tank right now. I want a 48" by 30" and 21" high glass tank with corner or center overflow. I got a couple quotes from 2 lfs and they ranged from $1300-$1700 with stand. Is this a decent price or does it seem high. Anyone on here build tanks?

If with stand that one h... of a deal. I was quoke 105 rimless 48x24x20 for $700 with no stand and your tank size is much bigger.

Here's a quote from a tank about your size. The same store quoted me the more expensive of the two quotes for the dimensions I want.

The $1300 quote for a 48" by 30" by 21" was for a braced top ( not rimless)
