Anyone see anything wrong?

Iv had my pink diamond goby for 3 years and lately he stopped eating, and found it dead this morning.

I tested my tanks water like i usually do and i cant find anything. There was a big aiptasia where he chills. Could it be possibly it got stung? Not sure

Sent an icp test waiting for that to come back. Attached picture below, anyone can see if its too skinny?

I doubt a fish would let himself get actually stung to death by an anemone. That's like holding your hand in a fire until your whole body goes up in flames. The pain will make sure you get your hand out before it's too late.
Even if it got stung I doubt the sting was lethal and I would expect to see swelling of the skin or a discoloration or something at all on the fish.

Regarding malnutrition or potential diseases one of the fishmedics has to chime in...

Hard to tell especially after a fish has perished. Anything would be an educated guess at this point . An aptasia sting is likely Not possible
