Anyone seen this on a clownfish? growth on chin? Came out of nowwhere

I've had these clowns for a few weeks now (maybe a month?) and last night I noticed something on the one's chin. Anyone seen anything like this before?
Parameters are stable. Tank has had water, sand, and rock for over 5 months.:

Salinity: 34ppt
pH: 8.0 - 8.15
Alk: 8.3
Temp: 78
NO3 <1ppm
Phos: .02
CA: 420

I have and generally after clown has vigourously cleaned rocks. Other when mouth locking with another clown.
While it should heal on its own, you can use ruby rally pro to assist with healing or Seachem neoplex to guard from infection

I agree, looks like fighting. The dark color of the clown makes it show up more. They probably won’t fight while you are in the room watching them.

Thanks so much for the responses. I guess the bigger one is just asserting her eventual dominance. I'll just be sure to keep an eye on it.
