ap700 firmware failed now the light will not power on

Hi, I have 3 ap700 which I've ran for 2 years with no issues other than a flickering every once in a while. Recently I was force to move my tank due to a leak. The lights were unplugged for approx. 4 weeks while the move was made. I plugged the lights back and was not able to connect to the app. After some research I decided to update the outdated firmware following the instructions from the Kessil website but the update was not successful now the light will not power on. The red light is on but nothing happens when I press the power button. I was able to reset the phone app and the WIFI and got the other two lights to work. I attempted to do a off-line update but I get a pop up stating that the firmware was not valid or something on those lines. can you please guide me in the right direction.
