Bought a used Gen4 Mobius Radion, having issues

I purchased a used Gen4 Radion and it connected to Mobius and updated, then asked for another update, which it failed. Now it wont show on the Mobius app anymore. The three buttons are flashing red, but it wont let me hard reset the light, any ideas?

It took me a few tries to get mobius to work at first. Unplugged the light and reconnected a few times.

leave unplugged for 5-10 mins and try the reset process again. worked for me.
