I got 2 radion gen4 xr30's. The mobius app can't find them. The previous owner says they were connected i no reason to not trust him I know him. I tried factory reset 10 times and nothing. I have the app downloaded I have a radion running on the app prior to this so I know it works. In lost please help attached is the serial number if that helps any
