AP9X lunar cycle programming help needed

Hi there, I have a AP9X that I am trying to change the lunar cycle to turn off at 630 am instead of the preprogrammend 800 am. I go into the program and edit the time but it won't save it. the instructions say if you hit the back button the changes will save but they don't .
what am I doing wrong?
