My apex alerts are not working. In the attached screenshot, you can see that my pH fell below 7.8 this morning and there was no alert on the top left corner of the apex app, nor did I get any notifications on my phone/to my email.

The alerts are turned on in the inputs, and they’re marked on for my user. I’m not sure what’s going on.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

An update was just released
Assure it’s up to date and the alarm option is on

It’s up to date. I updated the firmware two days ago. The alarm option is on. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. :(

It stopped working after I adjusted the intervals for the pH alarm, since my pH was consistently lower than usual for a few days. It’s since gone back up and I’ve reinstated the original interval alarm. The alarms haven’t been working since I changed it the first time as far as I can tell.

Is there a temperature range associated with it?

I’m not sure. There’s a separate alarm for the temperature range, but I never programmed any temperature alarm associated with the pH probe that I’m aware of.

You should have one, looks like the attached.

Try clicking or tapping the gear next to the temperature itself on the dashboard tile.

Okay, here’s what mine says - I’m pretty sure it’s set to default.
