Apex alerts notifications gone

Idk what i did but i have no notifications going to my phone anymore for a couple months now. The tank is pretty stable so i didn't care but I'm using a bit more calcium now so i want my notifications back. Any help. I get none at all. My notifications on my phone are on so that's not it. I have it on for a few things and none go thru

Ok so email alarm was on off so i wasn't getting anything. Now is there a way I can set it to receive notifications every certain amount of hours?

Go to network settings, configuration tab, change dropdown to legacy email and then you can change the alert frequency.
