Hey everyone I woke up to a not so wonderful event. There is a nice thunderstorm with some lightning which may have dried the brain/head unit of my apex. My apex brain was hot and didn't have the status like on at all no blinking nothing! My tank had everything running and it hasn't turned off for its reset itself. My internet is down also so I want to wait to see if that sparks a connection to "wake" the unit back up. Is my unit fried? It's a little over a year old and everything else is stuck in the ON position so it's not to bad if I need to order a new unit. Let me know what you think!

Have you cycled power? I would call support on that if I were in your spot. Let us know what you find out.

Update on this issue after troubleshooting with the folks over at Neptune systems and its 100% unresponsive and I am waiting for them to receive the base unit and see what they say once its in the professionals hands. In the mean time I got the new 2016 model base unit and the system is up and running. With that said I am going to have to let go of some frags I've been hoarding to cover some of the expenses!
