So I bought an Apex EL about a year ago. I set it up and all was good. It stopped working a few weeks ago. I sent it back and they repaired it. The message I got back said they replaced the card.
I went to set up today and it initially it went into Wifi set up mode. I followed the tutorial. I found it on my phone, it communicated and the light turned orange.
I looked on my phone and also on my lap top and both said the Apex was disconnected.
I tried resetting the Apex, no luck. Reset the router- no luck. I deleted the Fusion App and re-loaded it.. no luck.
The light is still orange but I cannot find it on the Wifi network...
Not sure what to do.. and really frustrated.
I work for a fire department in California and was on a fire when it failed, it took my wife about 24 hours to see that it had failed. The temp dropped to 72 and I lost a bunch of coral. All my fish survived.
