I will be purchasing a new controller soon and the program seems confusing is it easier to dose two part with the apex with bars doses or I was thinking about a GHL Doser to make it easy and using less ports on apex

I run everything through my Apex that i can, including BRS dosing pumps. Just remember that you have to use ports 4 and 8 on the EB8 because they are relayed outlets. If you use an outlet that isn't relayed the pump might not shut off.

For programming I use this: http://www.reeftronics.net/adpg/dosingcalc.php/ Put in your preferences and it spits out the code for you.
