So, finally got the new sd card in from Amazon. Got it installed. Took about 10 minutes to do. Everything is hooked back up and seems to be running solidly. Had to go through and reprogram everything. Which wasn’t a huge deal. I mapped all my plugs and took screen off all my osc programming. So far so good! Everything seems to be back in line! Of course I will be checking fusion every 10 minutes to make sure it’s still working. Also ordered a display unit just to have on hand to make changes in the event this happens again!

What router/service do you have new routers tend to group the 2.4ghz and 5ghz signals under the same ssid name. Your unit may be switching when it detected a stronger single. The apex I believe is only compatible with 2.4. You May need to go into the router setting and rename each network separately. I have the Verizon g3100 which actually allows you to create a third dedicated IOT network with its own WiFi name that runs at 2.4 ghz only. This is what I have my unit connected to.

When you say WiFi reset are your just taking about a reboot and unplug or a factory reset where you resetting all the device list and ip. If your just rebooting you can unplug the unit so it disconnects from WiFi then go into the router and delete the actual device. Then go through the WiFi setup again on the apex. Should force it to be assigned a new ip. May then solve the issue. But again speaking only in terms of if you have been rebooting and not performing full factory resets.
