Yesterday, my Apex display went blank. I can still control from my phone/computer. Is it repairable, or resettable, or do I need to purchase a new one. It's a little over a year old.

If it is still getting power but is blank, then I had the same issue....ended up needing to be repaired by Neptune. If you delete the module and then are not able to add it again (through the Classic dashboard), then it is faulty and needs repaired or replaced.

I would try unplugging it then plug back in, might help the display to reset.

Neptune repair is cheaper than buying a new one or a used one. Of course make sure you test it out before sending it in.....
