I have been running an Apex EL for about 1 1/2 years. I have done all my set-up and monitoring via the Fusion app. I recently decided to purchase the Apex Display module. I plugged it in about a week ago. Display comes up just fine. Today I decided to spend some time understanding the unit, instead of only using it for the default display and to initiate a feed cycle. I started down the main menu looking at things one at a time. Then I got to the screen displayed above. The display module then keeps looping and flashing that screen.
I've tried pressing all of the buttons one at a time, and nothing happens - it just repeats that screen of information.
I've tried unplugging the unit. First for a few seconds, then for a few minutes, then for over half hour. Nothing changes. Just displays that screen and constantly refreshes it.
I checked the modules using Fusion. I navigated to the display module and performed a software update. No change.
Is there something else to try? Is this a bad unit???
