Apex DOS after priming help

I have primed and calibrated my DOS so that I can start dosing AFR. The line to the tank from the DOS is a few feet and is still full of RO water from the priming/calibration. Now that the DDR has AFR in it, how should I get rid of the left-over RO in the tubing so that it's not dosing RO water for a few days? Do I just push the button like I am priming it until it's empty and then start priming it with AFR?
