Apex DOS auto/schedule not working

So I’ve been have issues with my apex DOS. It shows as if it is dosing. But my Alk kept going down. So now I’m manually dosing to try and keep up with the demand. Side note I turned off my Cal and it keeps rising.
Also I did have a partial crash when I was out of town. My UV sterilizer broke.

Good thing you caught it bud.

If the dosing head rotates, the brain thinks it is actually dosing even if the line is clogged or not primed.
I wish the brain somehow can tell if fluid is coming out of the tube and its actually dosing.

I had air pockets in my tubing and it didnt dose correctly for several months. I finally bought few John Guest fittings and installed them, no more air in my line
