Apex Energy Bar 8 programming not working

I lost power to my Apex and everything has been haywire ever since. I did a full reset and finally got it to contact to Apex Local and Fusion. However when I try to do my first light program it doesn't work. I can turn my light on and off with the slider but it will not come on in auto when it's time to come on. It also will not turn off when that time comes. Any suggestions. thank you

The setting was off on the display module and the fusion time. I did correct that and it's still the same. Thank you for replying though.

What code would you like to see and where do I find it. Also my lights are just simple T5's that come on at 9 and go off at 9, when it worked. thank you for replying

The 15:07 is me trying things today. It's usually 9:00 in that spot.
