I have an Apex system which has a wired connection to our home mesh router. Since Tuesday at 1:45 pm it has had connection issues. I keep getting notified that the Apex is not connected to fusion. I've rebooted both the Apex and our modem multiple times and the problem continues. Sometimes I'm not able to access my dashboard in order to use feed modes etc. and need to use the Apex reset button to bring it up. No history is available on any of my probes or DOS pumps since 1:45 pm on Tuesday. Anyone know how to resolve this? I have a "ticket" with Neptune but who knows when I'll hear from them.
