Apex pH probe not taking a reading since 1:30 AM

So apex has not gotten a reading from the probe for several hours now. I've disconnected and reconnected it and still nothing. Any ideas?

Click on the probe and see if it is still enabled.

Can you elaborate as to why you say it's not reading?

Do you have calibration packets? Can you put it in a glass of tap water to see if it changes?

Sorry I just looked at it and the tile isnt graphing the temp either. This is what I mean. I'm going to power cycle the unit abd see if that does anything

Then, find the tool icon and click that

Scroll until the bottom and press reboot/restart and send the command

Thanks everyone, I figured out my issue. The reset the resolved the problem

I’d did not work for me. Still no ph reading on either of my neptunes. Ugh!!!

Mine decided to just not log 12 hours of data last night. No graphs, only realtime probe readings. I mean, that's just pretty lame. And every time I want to go into my logs and look at charts, it takes FOREVER.

This. Had the same with my A2 head unit, a reset and all is well now.

Ironically the A1 apex which usually has heartburn with DST actually took, and is current on logging, lol.

Reset it, DST time change locked it up. I'm betting your graphs stopped @ 0:140-01:50 HRS local time.

I'm in Arizona (no time change) , I'm curious if that's the reason why my A2 didn't have an issue.

Admittedly I forgot about DST being overnight, everything updated except dumb microwave and dumb oven :face-with-spiral-eyes:.

You be right sir. And it was fine shortly after a reset. But I'm PO'd because I was watching that data and I lost it.
