Hello!!! Yesterday there was a power outage and my Apex Pro was disconnected from the Wi-Fi network. I have tried restarting it but without success. Can someone help me please

The apex recieves its power from the EB832.
Does the Apex indicate its receiving power by lighting up the NS logo?
If so, can you explain the steps you took to restart your paex?
