I used this program and it emptied a 8oz bottle. ,wanted 1 minute a day, what's wrong

Your If Time statement turns it on for 2 minutes, not 1.

Use:

Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Time 07:59 to 08:00 Then ON
Defer 001:00 Then ON
