Apex text alarms

Entire email I received just for clarification.

I was just told something similar though more long winded.

I told them fix it or Zombie doesn't help their customers on the forums until they do. We'll see how long they stick by their policy after that.

Stop using this and just use the fusion push messages to the app and MoveOn already

Has anyone found a work around way to actually still get text messages for alerts? even using third party software or whatever.....
Not a fan of push notifications as they dont always work, and even when they do i don't look at my phone half the time because every app makes the same noise and i get DMs all day long due to work so i cant tell if its just another stupid message or something actually important like my tank being shut off. Not being able to get accurate and timely notifications makes the apex a useless piece of junk that a normal power strip and timer could do.
