I just got a KH Carer by Kamoer and set it up today. So far I am liking it. It also will dose KH buffering solution when needed. The first test after calibration I got 8.0 for pH at start and 8.4 for alkalinity. My controller pH was 8.06 after the test and I did a alkalinity test on my Hanna tester and got 8.4. I am not sure if you looked into this one or not. It has not been out very long.

Yes, I read about that unit a few months ago. I didn't know they were available.

Following along as for while I still use Apex classic which still works fine. I just see so many posts about issues after issue with Trident that makes me not want to buy one. Not really about the cost factor for me but the reliability and constant issues I see posted.

Any updates?

I have a trident and have no complaints so far, it’s about 6 months old and is spot on with my salifert tests
