apex users

I figured it would be pretty easy from an experienced user.

I have my return pump, vortech pump and skimmer shut down during feed mode. Upon starting up I would like to delay the skimmer by another minute to give the sump a chance to go back to the correct level.
Can someone provide a statement that will add a specified amount of time after feed before setting to on? I would like to include in skimmer outlet settings. This will help prevent a small wet skim that adds to the collection cup.

Also is it possible to run the vortech at a very low speed in feed mode rather than turn off?

I use this to delay a additional ten minutes
Defer 010:00 Then ON

There is a apex forum on here that gives you all kinds of code I think it's called something like what my apex can do or something like that I would have to find it
