apex vdm programing for diy leds

i cant seem to figure out how to program the lights to ramp up and down over time and have the lights stable for a fixed amont of time i been reseacrhing for 2 days and stilll cant figure it out ..yes lights are working turn on and is connceted via wifi thanks for the help
