I apologize if this is somewhere, but I have been searching for a couple of hours and am yet to find anything to address my issue.

I have the newest Apex running with fusion. Last night my power went out and was a continued brown out for 2 or 3 hours after that. I lost internet and WiFi and all of this happened in the middle of some normal maintenance. I had used fusion to manually shut off my pumps, skimmers and a few other devices. The timing was perfect because once the power went off I could no longer gain access to the Apex to turn anything back on. I am still not reconnected with fusion.

Is there anyway for me to get connected directly to my Apex in the event this happens again or have some direct visibility to the Apex without Fusion?

I'm certainly not an expert, if your wifi is down, but your home network is up, you should be able to connect to your home network and use the Apex Browse utility and IP address to get into the "old style" dashboard and control things.

That being said, I do not use the "new" apex...

you should be able to always access your Apex on the local network using a web browser on a computer or mobile device and typing <apex name>.local where <apex name> is the name of the Apex, which is just 'apex' unless you changed it at some point in the configuration options. If that does not work, you can always just type the IP address of the apex. This should normally stay the same as when you set it up so it isn't a bad idea to look it up in the network configuration section and write that down.

Hi @Terence, Will the classic display connected to the 2016 Apex base gives the IP address of the unit?

Yes the display module (Black or Silver) can connect to the Apex 2016 and from the main menu go to Settings> Net Setup> IP Address.
