Apex won’t connect to fusion after power outage

I just hooked up an Apex EL with Wi-Fi a couple of days ago and it was working fine and connecting with Fusion, but this morning it was not connected to Fusion. Fusion is asking for a new token to connect but I can't get one from my Apex local dashboard because Fusion isn't connecting to my Apex. Is there a way to get a token via email?

Hi Mark, thanks! Yes I'll try that when I get home. Hopefully that will clear whatever the issue is.

It’s working now :). I went to the Neptune forum and found a thread from someone with a similar problem. What I needed to do was go to Apex Local settings and enable DHCP then upload the change. When I did this, updates automatically downloaded from Fusion. Then Local recognized Fusion and Fusion started working again without needing to input a new token or reboot anything.
