Apogee sq-240x. I need help!

Can anyone help? I’m trying to get this thing to work, but having issues. Using a Mac.

It connects, but the software doesn’t have the settings button. It should be on the bottom left corner, but it’s not there. I have to turn on the immersion mode, but I can’t get to settings.

I never opened it or put it in water, so i'm just going to return it, and bought the 210x.
