Aptasia? Please tell me it isn't!

I just noticed this little guy on one of my rocks. It doesn't necessarily look like aptasia, but it doesn't necessarily NOT look like aptasia. I also thought maybe a mini feather duster. I've had mini feather dusters in my system, but I couldn't see the stem on this critter and this one fluoresces more than I've seen feather dusters fluoresce.

Some kind of tube/feather duster. Yeahh, I have the same fluorescent kind in my systems too.
