Aptasia show off thread

All I see are $$$. Aiptasia are basically gold nuggets, just add Berghia to mine them :).

Funny thing is I've never seen a bergia but added 50.. I knew they were alive because I would see Aiptasia go missing(before cbb) but figured they were getting eaten. For 2 years I was scared to do anything to the tank, fearing I may kill them/ disrupt progress

I was stupid. In the beginning I was excited watching all the life pop out of the liverock. I was even feeding the bas tards

Man and I thought I had it bad with like 20-30 in my tank. This inspired me to make another effort tmr at killing some… my goodness.

I pulled out all livestock and ran bleach through the system for 24 hrs

Restarted with all KPA rock. It’s been 10 months. So far it’s going good. I currently have 3 baby aptasia somehow tho.

i have tried EVERYTHING!!! my last resort is a klein butterfly vetteguy told me about. fingers crossed. i have one on order from dr reef. this is just one rock....

The dreaded Aiptasia. I had some at one point; there was hair algae then bubble algae then Aiptasia then Dino nowadays I'm in the advance camp dealing with the vermits. :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:
