Will soaking live rock in tap water for 3 days or so kill Aptasia?

I have been successful with Aiptasia-X use the supplied needles and turn off all pumps. After 10 min do a small water change in those areas. You may have to repeat this 3 times to get rid of all.

Thx. It’s not in my entire tank. Just on a few pieces of live rock I’m going to transfer to DT.
