I faced an issue this morning with my thermostat which dropped in the water over night and broke. The chiller was unable to turn on so my aquarium temperature went from 25celcious to 29 Celsius in a couple of hours. When i woke up in the morning i immediately turned on the chiller manually and is slowly dropping temperature back gradually. Do tou thing this flactuation in temperature will cause any issues to my Lps dominant tank. At first glance everything seems happy as well as the fish. I estimate the ta k remained around 29 Celsius for 5 hours or so. Anyone has any experience with this type of issue and when will it cause serious problems? My aquarium volume is 350 litres

I think you will be okay! The other day I forgot to turn my heater back on after my tank overflowed so it was off all night. The temperature dropped 4 degrees and then went back up and everyone is doing good.

29c (or 84F) could stress some corals. In the next few days, if they expel some zoox and lighten up, then don't be too shocked. If this happens, it is the high temp that was the problem, not the fluctuation. If you can, keep the tank at 24c so that you have some more wiggle room with the high temps.
